China may have won from India in 1962, but this time it will be sweating.

If there was a war between India and China in 1962, the two countries were not nuclear power. Today, both India and China are equipped with nuclear weapons. After 58 years, India and China have moved far ahead in matters of military power. The armies of both countries are considered to be one of the largest and strongest armies in the world. At the time of the Doklam dispute, the then Defense Minister Arun Jaitley had categorically stated that India had advanced a lot since 1962, so China should not panic.

2.For the last three months, there has been tension between India and China along the border in eastern Ladakh. On 15 June, after 45 years, violent clashes between the soldiers of the two countries and 20 Indian soldiers were martyred in it. Tensions have remained since then and there was a clash between the soldiers of the two countries last week. India's Chief of Defense Staff and former Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has clearly stated. If negotiations with China do not solve the problem, then there is a military option. In such a situation, if both countries move towards war, this war would be completely different from 1962 and also frightening.

3.If the two countries clash, then there is also the fear that Pakistan will not come with China. Tension with China has increased since the removal of Section 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Both China and Pakistan have reservations about this. In such a situation, Pakistan is also connected with China's recent move against India in Ladakh. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has also said that the future of his country is now with China. India is also aware that Pakistan will also have to be ready in the event of war with China.

4.When CDS Bipin Rawat was the army chief, he had said that India was ready for war on two and a half front. It is clear that Pakistan is also involved in two and a half fronts. Pakistan was neutral in the 1962 war. However, it is also said that he was stopped by the US. But three years later, Pakistan invaded India in 1965, thinking that after the defeat of China, the army's morale had fallen. However, this assessment of Pakistan proved to be wrong and he had to face it.

5.The demarcation of the border between India and China is unclear and that is why border disputes between the two countries continue to come up from time to time. The current border dispute between India and China has occurred near Pangong Lake. "Lake Pangong is not very important to both sides from a military point of view, but the forces of both countries are patrolling and developing here, ”said Antoine Levaco, South Asia expert at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
